Shipping policy

At QUALITIDE, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and smooth. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Processing Time
We process all orders within 0 to 1 business day.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once processed, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Total Delivery Time
From placing your order to receiving it, the total time is 2 to 4 business days, including both processing and shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • For domestic orders (within the U.S.), we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders.
  • For shipping to the UK and Canada, we charge a flat rate of $20 per order.
    Shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Order Tracking
After we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays
Sometimes there may be unexpected delays due to weather, shipping carrier issues, or other reasons. If this happens, we will let you know and work to fix it quickly.
